I'm sure there's more, but that's all that I can name off the top of my head after finishing this one volume. Generic artwork/art style that doesn't add anything or enhance the viewing experience but is just attractive enough to look aesthetically pleasing? Check. Fight scenes that show of tits and panties at every point because they have to keep young boys' attention and obviously the only way to do that is with panties and tits and not, you know, engaging fight scenes? Check. Main male and female lead HAVE to share a room because this elite academy's advanced method of assigning dorm partners is "your dorm partner is the one sitting next to you"? Check. Info dumps galore about the magic system and the world that are woven unnaturally into dialogue with no concept of flow or pacing? Check. "Quirky, energetic, and bizarrely dressed" homeroom teacher? Check. One male side character and the rest are beautiful girls of varying boob sizes? Check. Main female lead who is CLEALY waifu bait because she's "the most beautiful girl," really good at combat (but not better than our main lead, of course!)", and is instantly in love with the main lead? Check. Plain-looking protagonist with barely any personality, a "sad, tragic backstory," and a "unique" fighting style/weapon? Check.

This is as generic as it gets for an ecchi-harem fantasy manga.
